WHAT DOES IT DO?
Matte Paste is a heavy, dense cream that was designed for all day hold, coarse texture and high volume. Breaks down into a sticky, paste that applies easily even given product thickness. Upon applying, you will immediately feel the grip which helps achieve the style quickly and easily as well as pack in loads of texture. Product can be restyled throughout the day (won't get crunchy) with only fingers or comb. Rinses out with just water.

Apply to clean, towel dried hair and distribute evenly. Use comb, brush or fingers to shape and style. Easily restylable without water. Won’t dry crunchy. Washes out with water.

PRO TIP: For added volume and texture, use a blow dryer and brush to style.

Potent Matte Paste

This stuff packs a punch. Very creamy breakdown but work it in with small scoops. Not overly drying. Brings the texture with a mild inoffensive scent. Seems like it would serve shorter hairstyles better but could be worked into damp long hair too.

The best

My go to for a matte finish for many years was American crew fiber, but at some point it changed and got more greasy and didn’t work as well. That drove me to try many products and eventually this. ~10 containers in I love this product, it’s got the look and hold I like, and has held up well to long days and climates all around the world.

Hopefully no one changes the recipe and I won’t have to hunt for this same thing in another decade
