We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may increase. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
All orders above $35 ship free in the United States. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND SAFETY CONCERNS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FROM ORDERS PLACED AFTER APRIL 2, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to email@example.com and we will take care of it.
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.

I truly love the my texture look with a touch of volume. At times, I'll restyle my hair from pompadour to messy look. Very manageable and healthy clay.
Rosa has the perfect balance of Strength, structure and texture. It leaves your hair feeling healthy and clean after a wash, it doesn’t leave any harsh residue or colors, it’s easy to apply, the scent is floral and clean, overall it’s a great product. The hood is perfect for thick wavy hair trying to achieve clean slick styles. If the style loses tightness a simple finger comb restructures it enough to remain in place. This was my first Arcadian product? Time for more!
I’ve tried many clay products over the years and this is one of my favorites. It’s lighter and softer than some of the others I’ve tried (which is what I currently prefer with longer hair). It washes out easier than any clay I’ve tried thus far as well. I was expecting a stronger floral scent but ultimately I don’t notice any smell after the product is applied. I will buy it again!
This one unfortunately just is not compatible with my hair. Been using the clay pomade for years now, but wanted to try something new. I tried Rosa for a few days, but the hold hasn't been good and I've found it difficult to apply. My hair is notably difficult to style, so I should have known to stick with what works. Will be sticking with clay pomade for now on.
Nicely made product
This product has a great conditioning effect in the hair, is well made with quality ingredients, and is easy to use. My one wish is that the hold would be stronger, but other than that there is no criticism for it. Well done, Arcadian.
