We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may increase. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
All orders above $35 ship free in the United States. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND SAFETY CONCERNS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FROM ORDERS PLACED AFTER APRIL 2, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to email@example.com and we will take care of it.
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.
RETURNS FROM RETAILERS
We do not accept returns from purchases made from a retailer. Please contact them for information on returning your item.

Been using this for about 5 years. Was hesitant about the new formula. It’s still great! I think it scoops and applies even easier.
Go back to old formula
Huge fan or this product before change in formula. Scoops out fine like the old formula after that nothing is the same. Run a limited batch of the old please !
Love the new formula . Good hold and still flexible. I use it for work and it's stay for the most part so I'm happy .
Not the Same
New formula is very disappointing. It's impossible for me to rub it in completely and I can't work it into my hair properly.
Great product! The new formula is just as good as the old! Works great and will continue to use!
