Refund policy

We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item - even if you don't like it. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to help@arcadiangrooming.com and we will take care of it.

 

CRYPTOCURRENCY

At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.

 

RETURNS FROM RETAILERS

We do not accept returns from purchases made from a retailer (including Amazon). Please contact them for information on returning your item.
