We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may increase. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
All orders above $35 ship free in the United States. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND SAFETY CONCERNS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FROM ORDERS PLACED AFTER APRIL 2, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to email@example.com and we will take care of it.
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.

Good product - bad scent
Have always like the Clay Pomade and even more so the Matte Paste so I thought I'd give this new scent a try. Application and texture are great as ever but I really don't like the smell. I think it's a little overpowering and just personally the smell isn't great and kind of lingers. I would just buy the original next time. But overall the product is still great as ever.
Suprisingly Good Product
Smells great, but subtle. The application is like a dream and gives great texture. It can really work with any hair length. The only this to watch out, is the dryness factor (of course, because it is a Clay). If you have a naturally dry hair, I’d suggest to mix with a bit of coconut or argan oil in your hand. Other than that, the clay is a dream. You’ll be surprised

HOLD - stronger than some other clay/matte pomades. Lasts pretty well during my long work days where I do alot of lifting and sometimes outside in the heat SCENT - pleasant and subtle, not overpowering. Smell is subjective so even though it’s officially vanilla cedar (grapefruit in the ingredients) to me I think of orange creamsicles or like a powdered donut WASHABILITY - washes out easily USE - smooth and soft, scoopable SHINE - matte to low CUSTOMER SERVICE - I was looking for a particular scent profile for the fall and they went out of their way to accommodate
Smells great and works great
I was a long time lover of the OG scent and while this is wildly different, it somehow brings back that warmth the first one had! 10/10
