We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may increase. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
All orders above $35 ship free in the United States. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot modify the order. Please double check your shipping address and shopping cart to ensure accuracy. If you'd like to cancel your order and reorder, email your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.

DUE TO COVID-19 AND SAFETY CONCERNS, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS FROM ORDERS PLACED AFTER APRIL 2, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it.
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to email@example.com along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.

We do not accept returns from purchases made from a retailer. Please contact them for information on returning your item.

Love the product but not the consistency over time
I love the products that Arcadian makes. I purchased this when it was a limited batch and assume that it made a comeback because of how great it is! When I reordered it is much more gritty than the first time, and I assume either because they changed their formulas (again) or that I got a bad batch. Wishing I had more of the previous batch :(
I’ve always liked the Arcadian paste or clay. This is so much better. Easier to use as well
Not as expected
I had Holy Shiitake on one of its earlier runs and loved it. This batch feels much more gritty with less hold. I’ll have to go back to the something with more hold next time around.

The holy shiitake cream went in smooth in my hair but the cream felt a little weird like if it had tiny particles in it and after and hour it left white particles in my hair

Great experience. Like everything I buy from Arcadian. If you find the stiffness of the Matte paste or the oil based pomade a bit too unruly to deal with this is the product for you. I can put it in wet hair for a nice strong hold or put in towel dried and get great hold and finger comb-ability. This is my new go to.
