We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days. During sales or holidays, processing times may increase. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
All orders above $35 ship free in the United States. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it.
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to email@example.com along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.

BEST LIP BALM EVERRRRRR
I love this lip balm. It lasts for hours. No strong fragrance or flavor and doesn’t leave your lips looking too “glossy”.
I’m picky w chapstick
It’s a different take on a chapstick and I shun away from commercial chapstick like Burts and normally buy locally sourced chapstick. So I decided to purchase one and I’m not disappointed. I like a thicker consistency and this is more on the lighter side of the spectrum. It has a unique texture to it when applying and the solid form, but after applied it has a slight oily texture. It has a bit of scrub as well when applying. I’d say it’s a pretty unique chapstick and would appeal to a wide range of people.
Bought this because I am a big fan of Arcadian products in general. At first I was nervous because it felt gritty. After a couple days use the gritty feeling was gone. You can tell the difference with this and store bought lip balm. Good stuff!
Good but rough
The lip balm had a coconut scent that I didn’t particularly care for. The balm was also on the drier side which made application somewhat difficult to apply. I did find that using my finger to distribute the product actually helped greatly. The reason I do give it 4 stars though is because that it actually works pretty great. I wasn’t constantly replying, it held up nicely.

This stuff is great. No nonsense. Hardly any smell, no taste. Lasts longer than anything else I’ve tried. Love it!
