WHAT DOES IT DO?
We formulated our Conditioning Oil to be a versatile liquid for moisturizing dry beards, rough skin and softening hair. Apply a pump to your beard or hands to quickly reduce dryness or use as a leave in treatment to condition hair or breakdown product buildup.
Apply small amounts as needed to Beard, Skin and/or Hair to reduce dryness. No need to rinse, won’t leave a greasy residue. When used on Beards or Hair, we recommended towel drying after a shower for best usage.

We do our best to get orders out as fast as possible. Most orders ship out in 2-3 business days of being placed. The transit time displayed at checkout does not include order preparation.
Shipping rates start around $5 for domestic orders and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. First Class Mail packages usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. Priority Mail packages usually arrive 2-4 business days after shipping.
Rates for international orders start around $15 and go up from there depending on package weight, location and desired transit time. Customs fees may apply.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot modify the order. Please double check your shipping address and shopping cart to ensure accuracy. If you'd like to cancel your order and reorder, email your order number to email@example.com.

We have free return shipping on all domestic orders within 30 days of when you receive the item. Item must be in brand new condition or defective to be eligible for a refund. Merchandise must still have all tags attached. Refunds will be sent after receiving your item and verifying the condition (usually funds will be added within 2 weeks).
At this time, we cannot refund orders paid for with Crypto - that means Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.
BROKEN ITEMS IN SHIPMENT
If you receive a broken item in your shipment, you can email us a photo to email@example.com along with your order number and we will dispatch another immediately. Be careful and toss the old jar, we don't want you to cut yourself.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free returns unless the product is defective for international orders. If you think you have a defective product, email a photo with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of it.
